In the 9th minute, He Chen Xi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 14 minutes into the match, FC Nereta's goal looked a bit too open when He Chen Xi came free, but Muammer Taşcıoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that He Chen Xi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Muammer Taşcıoğlu was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. After 31 played minutes FC Nereta got a freekick which was hit by Yan Yu. Muammer Taşcıoğlu was a little too slow when Arkādijs Vietnieks got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 33rd minute. The score was now 3-0. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, He Chen Xi put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Muammer Taşcıoğlu. FK Tornado's Agris Kiegelis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Muammer Taşcıoğlu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in FC Nereta's zone, He Chen Xi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Muammer Taşcıoğlu came out of the goal and He Chen Xi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arkādijs Vietnieks was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, He Chen Xi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Muammer Taşcıoğlu. FC Nereta's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that He Chen Xi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. FC Nereta's Muammer Taşcıoğlu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers He Chen Xi in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Muammer Taşcıoğlu saved FC Nereta from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by He Chen Xi in the 91st minute of play forced FC Nereta's goalkeeper Muammer Taşcıoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FK Tornado's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Agris Kiegelis in the 93rd minute. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FK Tornado had played much better football throughout.
