To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Curumalán AFC's Lautaro Barahona was substituted for Serhat Akın. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Thiago Almada fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without 林默鸿 having to interfere. Hipolito Igon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gabriel Milito hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting.
